I think it's due to the ginseng capsules I've been popping to
keep awake
go to guardian or watson buy the jujuba (or jujubo something like
that), the aloe vera gel...apply on ulcer.. it works very
effectively for my friend (she tried and now stick to this
brand).
i apply on my rashes, it helps too :D
